Conor’s rugby development took place in his native Ireland, via the Old Wesley club and the Leinster Academy and age grades. He also had a loan spell with Connaught.
He initially ventured across the Irish Seas for a short term contract with the Dragons, before joining Gloucester for the 2020-21 season.
