There are plenty of changes – and a debut – as Hartpury go in search of a first ever win over the Cornish Pirates on Saturday.
The pack sees the biggest re-shuffle. England Under 20 international, Olly Adkins, returns for the first time since week three of the season at loose head whilst, on the other side of the front row, Mitch Walsh gets a first RFC Championship start, following some good recent appearances off the bench.
In the back five of the scrum, only Dale Lemon and Will Safe retain their starting jerseys from the Coventry game, with Arthur Clark (lock), Joe Howard (blindside) and Iain Grieve (Number 8) all coming in.
The full debutant is scrum half Oscar Lennon, who is a current Hartpury undergraduate, having played rugby for RGC1404 in the Welsh Premiership as well as previously being involved in the Hartpury College Under 18 set-up.
Joshua Bragman reverts back to the 10 shirt, allowing for the return of George Simpson at full-back, while the in-form James Williams shuffles back to inside centre.
Prop Shaun Knight may be absent due to injury, but cousin Ciaran is available to make his first RFC appearance since 2018 off the bench, where a powerful set of options also includes hard-carrying back row forward, Morgan Monks. Replacements for the backs include Belgian international winger, Ervin Muric.
