Hartpury were rewarded by two bonus points for a spirited performance at The Mennaye on Saturday.
It was our best return from a fixture in Penzance and, added to the home win in earlier in the season, represents an improvement in our form against against the title-chasing Cornishmen this season.

Hartpury’s league programme is now concluded and we currently sit sixth in the table, with a few teams yet to complete their fixtures. This, or close to it, would represent our best-ever finish and there is a sense that with slightly better discipline and a bit more ‘rub of the green’ it could have been better.
Hartpury’s next action will be in April, with a two-legged Championship Cup tie against Richmond.
